Rev. Kevin R. Haley

Pastor Kevin was raised in Mercer, Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor’s degree in communication arts (emphasis in speech and theater) at Grove City College. Upon graduation, he married his college sweetheart, Amy, and then entered United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. During the forty- two years of his ministry, Pastor Kevin served churches in Beavercreek (Ohio), Wilkinsburg, Dunlo and Mineral Point (rural Johnstown), New Stanton, North Huntingdon, Warren, Clarion, and Greensburg. He also has served as a missionary on the island of Jamaica (building homes and working at orphanages), as well as taking active roles in community groups like Habitat for Humanity, Rotary International, and local ministeriums. He served in Christian camping as a counselor in horse camps for 12 years, as a dean of a creative arts camp for 18 years, and on the board of directors for Wesley Woods and Camp Allegheny. Upon his retirement in February 2025, Kevin transferred his credentials to serve in the Global Methodist Church. He and Amy now live in Washington, and they look forward to serving the Lord with the congregations at Amity and Liberty Chapel!

Meet Our Team

TJ Spruill

Church Administrator
TJ has been our Administrative Assistant since January 2022. She comes from a strong Christian upbringing and loves to share the many ways God continues to bless her. TJ handles all of our office duties, including weekly bulletins, worship PowerPoint slides, and communications. She has finished the Inter-Presbytery Leadership Formation classes and is currently serving as Pulpit Supply for the Washington Presbytery.  She enjoys spending time with her family, going on road trips, and doing whatever she can to support those around her. TJ believes in creating and nurturing a world where everyone knows that they are loved and chosen by God and worthy of His never-ending grace.

Jessica Faloon

Custodian
Jessica was born in Texas, then moved back to her mother's hometown of Burgettstown, PA as a baby.  After graduating high school she pursed an education at Slippery Rock University for Parks and Recreation Resource Management. There she found more love and awe of the outdoors' beauty and peace it brings your soul.  After graduation, Jessica took some time and started volunteering at an animal shelter, where she adopted her first dog and meet her partner. After that, their little family grew to 4 dogs. She is now following her dream of working in the agriculture industry.

Dr. David Boyd

Pianist
Dr. Boyd has a Doctor of Ministry degree along with multiple master’s degrees. He has previously served in various churches and currently serves at a church in Uniontown and is also a Hospice Chaplain.  In addition to being the pianist, Dr. Boyd is also the director of the Liberty Choir.
