We are sharing our story of being without water for 4 years and the challenges that we have faced to get water to Liberty Chapel. Now that we have finally begun the process through PA American Water to bring city water to Liberty Chapel - 3,000 feet at $100/foot or $300,000 - we are asking for help with funding this essential project.
